We aim to process your order the same day, if it is after 3pm then it will be processed the next day. We will communicate with you at all times so that you know when your order is on its way to you. All items are sent recorded delivery to avoid any mishaps..
Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirmation of your order. We will then send an email to you to let you know your order has been accepted, which is a contract between us, then processed and finally an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
All items will be dispatched within 48 hours. If there is any irregularity's then we will be in contact with you..

All payments are done through Paypal, which we find to be simple and a safe. If you do not have a Paypal account it is very easy to set up, all you need is an email address and a bank account... Easy Peasy..
All prices on our website are quoted for customers within the UK as they are inclusive of UK VAT TAX. If you are purchasing from outside of the UK there will be an additional 20% VAT charge at the shopping cart. This will occur when you select your origin.
When you are at the checkout stage, you will be asked to select the country for the item to be shipped to..
The 20% tax is imposed by Her Majesties Customs and Excise and only occurs if any of the contents within the package are Vatable.
We do not accept backorders.
Due to distance selling, you do have the right to change your mind and return the item, unused, still in the original (undamaged) box, then return to us correctly packaged and ensure it reaches us (we would suggest recorded delivery). We will then refund the funds to you within 14 days upon receipt of the item. Proof of postage alone will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will need a copy of your purchase receipt, the tracking info and your name and address. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are either lost or damaged in transit..
